AmAm with the Senior Gentlemen at Ullesthorpe

The good weather continued to bless us for the AmAm with the Senior Men at Ullesthorpe Court.

The Club Captain, Graham Baggot, welcomed all the visiting ladies and gave some background about the Club, and outlined the 50th celebrations due in 2026.

The 14 ladies taking part came from 10 clubs over the counties. The feedback was that the teams had enjoyed playing with each other and had fun, which is the objective of such matches.

Embarrassingly, my team with Carol Thomas (Charnwood Forest), Clive Jarvis and John Winsper were the winners with 86 points. Wendy Kelham (Kirby Muxloe) won the ladies’ nearest the pin, Roger Griffiths the men’s.
