Wednesday 11th April Ullesthorpe Golf Club

As a result of weeks of heavy rain it was touch and go as to whether this fixture would go ahead.

Waterproofs and bobble hats were in evidence. The course was very wet and it was only 6C. The ladies were reluctant to play. Many comments about wellies and can we pay and eat but not play!

The fixture was played as an AMAM with teams of 2 gents and 2 ladies with 1 gent and 1 lady to count on each hole. Prizes were awarded for the winners and runners up also the best gents pairing and lady pairing.

In spite of the conditions everyone enjoyed the day.
