The First Team fielded a strong team and secured a resounding victory over Nottinghamshire at Glen Gorse on Thursday 16th July.

Leicestershire's Lady President, Janet Morris came along to support the team and saw each of the pairings tee off in glorious sunshine. 

The Nottinghamshire pairings found the unfamiliar course challenging and put up a determined fight, but the Leicestershire ladies dominated the matches over the closing holes winning the fixture 7-1.

Hopefully our winning ways will continue for our next fixture against Lincolnshire at Stoke Rochford at the end of July.
