The 1st team match was played on Monday 18th July 2016 away at Hollinwell.

At last we had fantastic weather, which was a great relief after having to postpone our previous fixture. As we have come to expect from our matches, we were greeted with excellent hospitality by Ady ( Notts Captain) and Meg (Vice Captain) and all the members of the Nottingham team at Hollinwell. The course was in superb condition and we all enjoyed a very pleasant meal afterwards.

As you can see from the results, the games were very close, but we managed to win by 4 1/2 to 3 1/2 games.

Sandra Clarke / Lynda Bramley lost 1 down to Pat Cox/ Sue Aitken

Anne Knight / Ann Jervis halved with Linda Dunwoodie/ Di McMurdo
